He spends his time raising two kids, biking, weight lifting, rock climbing, playing with his dog, drinking lots of espresso and reading.
Dr. Graf joined Train Out Pain Chiropractic in August of 2013. He is a Full Body Certified Active Release Techniques practitioner. He utilizes ART among other methods to help all patients whether they are entering the exercise world after time away, training for a marathon, or a 7 days a week cross-fitter. Dr. Graf enjoys the diverse background of activities and experiences that each patient brings into the treatment room.
Dr. Graf grew up in Rockford, Michigan where he attended high school and was an 8 time letterwinner in Cross Country and Track & Field. Eric graduated from Rockford in 2004 and continued his education and athletics at Grand Valley State University. It was Dr. Graf’s involvement in athletics which turned him on to the effectiveness of chiropractic care.
At Grand Valley, Dr. Graf competed for 2 years on the Track and Cross Country teams before exiting athletics to further pursue academic endeavours in a cancer research lab at Van Andel Institute located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Dr. Graf graduated with a B.S. in Biomedical Science in December of 2008.
In the fall of 2009 he started chiropractic school at National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Illinois. While at NUHS he was elected president of the student body and helped shape decisions which affected fellow students. Dr. Graf graduated NUHS in April of 2013.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time out on the golf course and on the river fishing in the summer months and is an avid skier in the winter months. He also enjoys traveling with his wife Theresa to new and unique places through Michigan and the Midwest.
