There are currently 5 spots per week open for an hour 1 on 1 personal training with Dr. Ross. From Olympic bobsledders to Nationally ranked Mountain Bikers, Rock climbers to 5k runners, MMA fighters and Rugby athletes.
If you just want to learn to lift the right, safe way or are an Elite athlete that wants to be pushed, he has worked with them all. Workouts will be at the Train Out Pain center gym.
There are currently 5 spots per week for individual customized 8 week training programs. These are done online. No matter what the sport, a customized training program is essential for success.
